ben: addict, neighbour: dealer
i'm pretty sure the cat-lady next doors gives ben crack whenever she sees him. is there any other reasonable explanation for his behaviour whenever he sees her? he goes crazy, barks, whines, runs as fast as he can in neurotic circles. exactly typifies drug addict behaviour in dogs as far as i can tell.
